  1. Shop Manager
  • Responsible the overall management of outlet; which include sales strategies, stock movement, cash handling, merchandizing and staff development as outlined in our Retail Operations Standard Operations Procedures.
  • To serve customers and promote our product and services.
  • To guide subordinates and train the new staff in selling skills, product knowledge, documentation,  administration.
  • Responsible for stock inventory control. 
  • Responsible to handle the complaints from customer and colleagues.
  • Responsible for the daily sales collection and bank in
  • Responsible to ensure all policies and procedures stated in this manual are enforced effectively.
  • To execute the promotional activities including planning of localize promotion
  • Recruitment of subordinate & manage the outlet shift schedule
  • To perform any other related duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

 

  1. Retail Associate
  • Assist Head Of Outlet on daily operations of the outlet (documentation & administration)
  • To serve customers and promote our product and services.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints and report to Head Of Outlet.

 

3. Retail Audit Executive

 

Job Description

  • Perform random stock take at outlets nationwide.
  • To ensure that outlet’s management comply with company’s policies and procedures
  • Prepare finding reports together with evidence and supporting documents upon completing of each assignment to highlight any irregularity or discrepancy to Management for their immediate action.
  • Follow-up on any outstanding issues highlighted from previous finding reports review.
  • Assists in the review of company’s policies, procedures and processes and provides recommendations for improvement, if necessary.
  • Involve in the conduct of ad hoc assignments as instructed from time to time.

 

Job Requirements

  • At least Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance or
  • equivalent.
  • Possess good communication/writing skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience in retail chain environment.
  • Able to work independently and meeting deadline.
  • Must possess own transport and able to travel as and when needed locally or outstation.
