1. Shop Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall management of outlet, which are inclusive of but not limited to sales strategies, stock movement, cash handling, merchandizing and staff development as outlined in our Retail Operation Standard Operating Procedure
- Responsible for training and coaching subordinates and/or new staffs, such as selling skills, product knowledge, documentation, and administration
- Responsible for execution and enforcement of all policies and procedures stated in the operation manual
- Responsible for stock inventory control
- Responsible for execution of nationwide promotional activities and implementation of localize promotion
- Responsible for the daily sales collection and bank-in
- Responsible for handling complaints and feedback from customer and team
- To serve customers and promote our products and services
- To source and recruit subordinate & manage the outlet shift schedule
- To perform related duties assigned by the Management from time to time
Job Requirement
- Min SPM qualification
- Min 3 years working experience in retail or in customer service & selling are added advantage
- Positive attitude & willing to learn.
2. Retail Associate
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Head Of Outlet on daily operations of the outlet (documentation & administration)
- To serve customers and promote our product and services
- To execute the promotional activities
- Maintain outlet and stock cleanliness at all times
- Handle customer complaints and report to Head Of Outlet
- To perform any other related duties assigned by the Management from time to time
Job Requirement
- Min SPM qualification
- With or without experience
- Working experience in retail or in customer service & selling are added advantage
- Positive attitude & willing to learn.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
3. E-Commerce Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Manage official website and marketplaces on day-to-day activities including marketing campaign, activities, sales performance, contents management, promotions, online advertisement and etc to achieve sales target.
- Manage and maintain the product listing, back-end order processing and handle online customer inquiries
- Ability to plan & execute promotions.
Job Requirement
- Posses at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in E-Commerce background.
- Knowledge in online advertisement and Google Analytics
- Good interpersonal skills, sales management and business oriented
- Experience in B2C ecommerce business will be an added advantage
4. Retail Operation Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the retail outlets including compliance with company standards and policies.
- Managing and supervising outlet staff, including hiring, training, schedule management and performance management.
- Analysis sales data to identify trends, opportunities, threats, and areas for improvement which are inclusive of but not limited to managing sales performance, inventory management, and implementing strategies to optimize sales & profitability
- Schedule visit to the outlets at fixed interval to ensure the smooth functioning of the outlet, maximizing sales profitability, and optimizing customer's experience.
Job Requirement
- At least a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience in similar position, preferably in retail or FMCG industry.
- Organized, confident, result-oriented and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal communication and management skills.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel
