  • Responsible the overall management of outlet; which include sales strategies, stock movement, cash handling, merchandizing and staff development as outlined in our Retail Operations Standard Operations Procedures.

  • Develop various Online marketing strategies accordance to the budget given.
  • Manage and maintain the product listing, back-end order processing and handle online customer inquiries.
  • To coordinate & communicate with designers and planners on advertising needs and improvements.
  • Monitor digital platforms, social media content performance and derive actionable insights for optimization plan.
  • Acting as a contact point liaison between media, suppliers and clients.
  • Manage AdWords display and retargeting initiatives.
  • Actively open to look for business opportunity to expand e-commerce platforms.
  • Contact point for between Marketing department and other department within the company.

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in commerce, Marketing, Advertising/ Media or equivalent.

  • To provide full administrative support to the department.
  • To liase with brand principles/suppliers/designer as and when needed.
  • • To liase with outlet sales person on stock requirement and merchandising.
  • Assist in new product development, line extensions, market development, and product launches.
  • Tracks sales performance and provide post-mortem report.
  • Works with necessary functional groups to ensure the proper implementation of the marketing plan (sales, pricing & promotion programs).
  • Assist to develop POSMs and product artwork.
  • Tracks and monitors monthly sales performance for the products assigned.
  • Assist in the implementation of all promotion campaign details and a special project.
  • Tracks and reports promotional activities coordinate analysis details for file records and planning.
  • To assist in brand communication and strategy, market analysis, industry trends, research and market information.
  • • To assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns and projects.
  • To assist in driving market awareness and brand presence.

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Marketing / Business or equivalent.
