- Validity
Promotions are valid only during the specified promotional period or while stocks last, whichever comes first. - Participating Outlets
All promotions apply only at selected participating outlets under Time Galerie, Time G-Hub, Edessa and 60 Minutes unless otherwise stated. - Eligible Products
Promotions are applicable only to selected watch models and brands. Details will be stated in-store, on marketing materials, or at the point of purchase. - Prices & Discounts
- All promotional prices are based on the retail selling price (RSP).
- Promotional prices are exclusive of SST (Sales & Service Tax). If SST is applicable, it will be added at checkout and reflected in the final invoice.
- Discounts, price reductions, or bundles may vary by product, location, and promotional period.
- Time Galerie, Time G-Hub, Edessa, and 60 Minutes reserve the right to adjust promotional pricing without prior notice.
- Free Gifts / Bundles / Purchase with Purchase (PWP)
- Free gifts or PWP items are available while stocks last and must be redeemed at the time of purchase.
- Not exchangeable for cash or other items.
- One (1) redemption per eligible transaction unless otherwise stated in the promotion material.
- If any item in a bundle is returned, all items (including free gifts) must be returned in original condition.
- Returns & Exchanges
- Items sold under promotion are non-refundable or exchangeable except as required under applicable consumer protection laws or if defective at the time of purchase.
- In the case of defective items, warranty terms will apply.
- Returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects are subject to outlet policy.

We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

User shall agree that Time Galerie Sdn Bhd may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user.

The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold Time Galerie Sdn Bhd harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or https://www.timegalerie.com.my Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, https://www.timegalerie.com.my may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
